Shape the future rather than predict it
Thanks to my diligent and persistent nature, even challenging problems are resolved with ease — and often with a smile on my face. While many people tend to look for immediate answers to their problems, I aim to turn such situations on their head whenever possible, helping others to grasp the keys to the solution themselves. At times, the dynamic shifts, and I find myself gaining new perspectives from the observations of others. This exchange, in my view, is where the true benefits of teamwork lie.
From a young age, I’ve been curious about how things work — from amplifiers to spinning rods — and how factories can create such massive systems from tiny components. I’ve also been solving my relatives’ technical issues since my school days, which in a way was my introduction to customer service. This natural interest has driven my passion for project-oriented work, whether in the field or the office.
My education began in electrical power engineering, naturally transitioning into the field of automation. In my career, I’ve had the chance to blend these domains — electrical and automation engineering — while also engaging with telecommunications and security systems. My early work on small-scale projects and industrial installations has evolved into roles involving design, implementation, and maintenance, spanning industries such as shipbuilding, real estate, and more recently, smart road infrastructure.
In my free time, I enjoy working on lighter projects, such as dismantling cars, handling various renovation tasks, or configuring electronic devices. Electrical and automation work also remain a hobby of mine, even off the clock.
A holistic understanding of complex matters — and helping others achieve that same insight — has always been one of my key strengths. This ability enables us to actively shape the future rather than just predict it. Let vague understanding be a thing of the past!
